Titles of threads such as

Help
Look at this
What if I?
How about this?
What?
WTF?

or anything similar that contains no information about what you are asking will be closed.

Trying to make everyone look at your thread by having a vague title is now outlawed - they will be closed or deleted!

As common courtesy to members, please mention in the thread title what you are actually asking about

OFF TOPIC THREADS

These belong in the misc section, please don't clutter up this section with them....they will be closed/deleted.

Occasional off topic threads will be allowed if they relate specifically to this section. You should include O/T in the thread title.

No flaming others for their training beliefs.

And no starting flamebait rubbish with regard to one style of training being good and everything else worthless.

We're all sick of seeing threads announcing that HIT is the only way to make gains and if we're doing anything else we're wasting our time.

Anyone starting thread or making racist comments will be banned.
Even in these times of turmoil in the world, we must refrain from making racist comments and posts in a public forum like this.

This includes religious persecution or religous intolerance as well.
