As soon as you wake up in the morning drink one glass of water. We're all dehydrated from sleeping 6-8 + hours. Drink that water and either workout on an empty stomach or if you workout later in the day/evening, have your breakfast 15-30 minutes after you awake. Even if you are trying to lose weight, you don't want to crash while exercising. Very important tip.
