We'll look at all the right training principles that you'll need to go through depending on your goals.

-Endurance Training (very lean look)
-Stability Training (good core strength and lean look)
-Strength Training (muscle hypertrophy - a bodybuilder's routine)
-Power Training (sports and explosiveness)
-Cardiorespiratory Training (very lean look)
-Flexibility Training (improves your ROM - range of motion and decreases your chances of getting injured)

I cannot get into specifics right now, but Google the different types of training that you would like to do. :)
